2. Online Courses

Since our online courses are delivered digitally, we offer no refunds once the course access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues with accessing the course, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve any access problems as quickly as possible.

3. Course Material and Resources

For any additional resources, materials, or downloadable content provided as part of a course or consulting package, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions about the content or need clarification before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us for more information.

4. Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee. In cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
